This may be the most delicious cream cheese cake that you have ever tasted and it is very easy to make. Your family and friends will think you are a true dessert rock star. Yes, it is that good and that impressive.

All you need are a few common ingredients and follow a few very simple steps. Everyone will think that you slaved in the kitchen for hours preparing this amazing cheese cake. It would no doubt be a top favorite in any five star dining establishment, but even better it will be a hit at home or at any pot luck occasion.

This is a dessert that you don’t want to store away in a recipe box somewhere, this is a recipe that you want to make just as soon as you can.

Okay, here you go.

Ingredients

1 cbutter, softened (2 sticks)
6 ozcream cheese, softened
6eggs
2 1/4 csugar
1 – 2 tspvanilla extract or for more of a coconut flavor, add coconut extract
2 1/4 ccake flour
1/8 ccoconut milk or coconut cream – optional

FROSTING – I DOUBLE THIS

1/4 cbutter,softened
4 ozcream cheese, softened
1/2 tspvanilla or coconut extract is good as well
1 1/2 cconfectioners’ sugar
1/2 ccoconut- for toasting and sprinkling on top of the frosting
Note:can add a few tablespoons milk, cream or coconut milk ( i don’t , as i like a thick frosting on the cake )
