You just won’t believe how incredibly good this chilli really is until you actually try it for your self. There are two reasons why this is known as “Super Bowl Tofu Chilli.” first reason is simply because of the super fantastic taste. With such full and rich flavors, you will forget all about how healthy it is for you, as it is also packed with wholesome nutrition. Secondly, it is a perfect dish to prepare for a super bowl party. You can easily make up a pot of this delicious chilli and have the perfect game food all ready by game time.

3 cups pinto beans I cook dry beans, you can use canned
If you use canned drain and rinse set a side.
If you are using dry beans rinsed and put into a 6 quart pot with 1 diced onion, 1 bell pepper. And 2 minced garlic. Cover with one cup vegetable broth and 4cups water cook until tender.
If using canned beans , cook online,bell pepper, and garlic in a teaspoon oil of choice. Then mix with beans.
Preheat oven to 350°
Mix 1/3 cup water, 1/3 cup tamari sauce,3 tablespoons peanut butter, 2 teaspoons onion powder,1teaspoon ground cumin and 1/2 garlic powder in a bowl.
Crumble the tofu in small chunks and gently mix the mixture place on a greased cookie sheet and bake for 15 minutes then turn mixture and bake for 15 more minutes, then put in with beans. Cook for about 10 minutes top whatever you want to.

Freeze tofu for 24 hours and thaw for 24 hours.
