I started out as a very young child enjoying deviled egg sandwiches and deviled eggs and I really wish my Grandmother could have had one of the new Eggies products that allows you to add ingredients to your hard boiled eggs before you boil them. I know it would have simply amazed Grandma and all the people she cooked for.

I really believe my Grandmother made the perfect deviled eggs and I’m going to share that recipe with you. I’ve made a few changes to it over the years that I think really improved the flavor and I’m going to teach you another trick or two that you can do with your boiled eggs.

The first thing is that once you boil your eggs and remove the egg yolks is to add them to a large zip lock bag and add your other ingredients to the zip lock bag. and then push all the air up and out of your bag. You can then close the zip lock seal on the bag and start to squeeze the bag and the ingredients inside. Take your hands and squeeze your ingredients until they are very well mixed together with all your ingredients very well mixed.

You can then take the bag of your mixed up ingredients and put it in the refrigerator to chill over night and so the ingredients will blend and come together. Put your egg whites in a plastic container until the next day and then the next day you can cut one small corner off the bottom of the bag and fill your egg white shells the next day. Your deviled egg spread will always be better the second day after it has been in the refrigerator over night.

Here is everything you need to prepare these delicious angelic deviled eggs. Don’t be afraid to experiment a little with some of your own ideas.

Some of the other things you can add to your deviled egg spread before you fill your half’s of egg whites are fine diced sweet onion, fine diced jalapeno peppers, crumbled cooked bacon, fine diced green bell peppers, fine diced red bell peppers, fresh chopped dill, fresh chopped parsley, caviar, anchovies, black olives, pimentos and etc. Really if you think it would taste good in your deviled egg spread give it a try.
